The daily technical administration of our paint production line, including the Pre-Treatment, E-Coat (Electro-Deposition), and Top Coat procedures, will fall within your purview. Your knowledge
of oven curing cycles, robotic application parameters, paint chemistry, and process control will be essential for reducing errors and increasing productivity. By evaluating performance data, debugging intricate quality problems, and putting solutions in place to boost output, cut waste, and guarantee environmental compliance, you will directly support our continuous improvement programs.
