What you will do:
You will be responsible for the complete oversight and execution of all production activities during your shift. This includes
managing and motivating a team of operators and technicians, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring the production schedule is followed precisely. Your tasks will involve monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), troubleshooting immediate operational issues (mechanical, electrical, or process-related), and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols (HSE) and quality standards. You will also be responsible for detailed shift handover reports and coordinating with Maintenance and Quality teams to minimize downtime. Your strong leadership, technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining continuous, high-efficiency operations.
