Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Keep the Quality Management System (QMS) up to date and in compliance with industry standards.
Oversee the Advanced Product Quality Planning procedure for new product launches, including providing the client with documents related to the Production Part Approval Process.
Manage the calibration of measuring devices and carry
out gauge R&R investigations.
Establish the standards for validating the end product and inspecting raw materials.
Take Corrective and Preventive Measures to Prevent Recurrence of Issues Found.
Use DMAIC or Kaizen approaches to spearhead "Zero Defect" campaigns and cost-cutting projects.
Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients with relation to audit requirements or quality-related concerns.
