Focus Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of other procedures, such as MIG or TIG, and proficiency in SMAW (Stick Welding) are advantageous.
Knowledge of metallurgy: Being aware of the characteristics of various metals, such as cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless
steel, and how they respond to heat.
Physical stamina is the capacity to operate at heights, in cramped areas, and regularly lift heavy objects.
Measurement Skills: The ability to fit precisely using squares, calipers, and micrometers.
