Physical stamina: The ability to move large metal objects, operate in hot conditions, and keep hands steady for extended periods of time.
Paying Close Attention to Detail: Adhering to heat-treatment and cooling protocols precisely to avoid metal bending.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
