Superior steady-hand control to maintain a constant travel speed and arc length.
Knowledge of various electrode types (such as E6010 and E7018) and their particular uses.
Understanding how various metals respond to heat and how to avoid bending or distortion.
The capacity to operate for lengthy periods of time in cramped areas, at heights, or in physically taxing situations.
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
