Job Description
Are you an experienced and results-driven Quality Assurance leader with a strong background in the Injection Moulding sector, a track record of effectively managing a strong QMS, reducing quality risks, and promoting continuous improvement to produce products of the highest calibre? You may be from Chennai.
We are looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) with a strong background in quality assurance. You will oversee the entire QA function from our cutting-edge facility in Chennai, guarantee the highest quality standards throughout the injection moulding process, from raw materials to the final product, and promote a culture of zero defects.
Responsibilities:
Create and implement the yearly QA departmental strategy, making sure it is in line with the overarching business goals for
customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality.
Create thorough inspection schedules for components that are outsourced and raw materials.
Encourage the application and validation of successful preventative and remedial measures.
Oversee and create the supplier quality program for moulds, essential raw materials, and contracted plastic parts.
Serve as the main point of contact for important customer feedback and quality issues.
Qualification:
Knowledge of various plastic materials and their properties.
Strong analytical and statistical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to quality.
Education: QA - AGM
Experience: 10 to 12 yrs
