Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
When installing new HVAC, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment, such as compressors, condenser units, evaporator coils, ducting, pipes, thermostats, and electrical wiring, adhere to manufacturer specifications and building codes.
Perform regular and preventive maintenance inspections, such as cleaning coils and filters, lubricating moving parts, keeping
an eye on refrigerant levels, and testing electrical circuits, to maintain system longevity and efficiency.
Use specialized testing equipment to accurately identify operational problems.
Ensure that all installation and maintenance work complies with local, state, and federal building, mechanical, and electrical codes.
Communicate with clients about the diagnosis, necessary repairs, and anticipated costs in a professional manner.
