Full Description
A Path to Quality Leadership with a QA Engineer
Job Description
Experience: 4 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Challenges:
The manufacturing sector is rapidly moving towards a zero-defect production future in which quality is an integrated, proactive process powered by automation, real-time data, and smart technology rather than a reactive inspection function. QA engineers that can create and implement advanced quality systems that foresee and stop errors along the whole value chain will be in high demand in the future. Our goal is to raise the bar for manufacturing quality and guarantee that every product is error-free and in compliance.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for a wide range of quality assurance activities
throughout the product lifecycle, from design to delivery. This includes developing and implementing Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, conducting internal and supplier audits, and utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and manage key manufacturing variables. Your tasks will also involve leading root cause analysis for defects, driving continuous improvement projects, and managing the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system to ensure long-term solutions are implemented. Your meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills, and leadership in quality will be essential in driving a culture of excellence.
We invite you to apply and explore this exciting opportunity!
