Responsibilities for order management:
/> 1.Complete outbound calls to established customers in order to resolve open queries
2.Products- All aspects from launch to shipping
3.Reworks- Managing local resources to ensure on time delivery
4.Supervision/management -Day to day management and support of team members
5.Various- Handling carriers' local needs ink reporting
