Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance (PM): To increase equipment longevity and avoid expensive malfunctions, create and execute thorough PM schedules.
Team Leadership: Assign daily work orders, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee and mentor a group of mechanical and electrical technicians.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Serve as the technical point of contact for complicated equipment malfunctions, identifying the underlying reasons and guaranteeing prompt service restoration.
Spare Parts Management: To prevent stockouts, work with the procurement team to have an ideal supply of essential spares and consumables.
Contractor Management: Manage outside contractors for facility renovations, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and
specialty repairs.
Budgeting: Keep an eye on maintenance costs and help create the department's yearly capital improvement and repair budget.
CMMS Management: Use CMMS to monitor labor hours, equipment history, and work orders.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Degree related to IT
