Job Title: Senior SQL / Oracle Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SQL / Oracle Developer to design, develop, optimize, and maintain enterprise database solutions. The role involves complex query development, performance tuning, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop complex SQL queries and Oracle PL/SQL programs
Create and maintain procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views
Perform advanced query optimization and performance tuning
Design and manage database schemas, indexes, and partitions
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
Support data migration, backup, recovery, and database upgrades
Troubleshoot critical production database issues
Collaborate with application, QA, and business teams
Review and optimize database code written
by junior developers
Provide technical guidance and mentoring
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Database architecture
Hands-on experience in performance tuning and query optimization
Strong understanding of indexing, partitioning, and execution plans
Experience with Unix/Linux scripting (added advantage)
Familiarity with reporting tools and data warehousing concepts
Knowledge of SQL Server / other RDBMS is a plus
Educational Qualification:
BE / BTech / MCA / MSc in Computer Science or related field
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SQL / Oracle development experience
