Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Java Developer (Fresher) to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications while learning industry best practices and working closely with senior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Java-based applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Assist in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting applications
Work with databases to store and retrieve data
Participate in code reviews and team discussions
Learn and follow software development standards and processes
Collaborate with team members to understand project
requirements
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Core Java and OOP concepts
Understanding of Java collections, exceptions, and multithreading (basic level)
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (added advantage)
Willingness to learn frameworks like Spring / Hibernate
Educational Qualification:
BE / BTech / BSc / MCA / MSc in Computer Science or related field
Java certification is an added advantage
Experience:
Fresher or internship/project experience in Java development
