Job Description
From layout to functionality, the web developer is in charge of designing, creating, and modifying websites and web apps. Your objective is to provide high-performing, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly digital experiences that satisfy particular client or business needs. You will provide smooth interaction between the user interface and server-side functionality by working across the entire stack or specializing in front-end/back-end development. A creative problem-solver with a thorough awareness of security procedures, responsive design, and contemporary online standards is the perfect applicant.
Responsibilities
Front-end development: Use the HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks to create interactive and responsive user interfaces.
Back-end development: Use languages like Node.js, Python, PHP, or Ruby to create server-side logic, establish and manage databases, and oversee API integrations.
Architecture Design: Make sure the presentation and data layers are clearly separated while structuring the program for scalability
and performance.
Database management is the process of creating, refining, and overseeing relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
API Integration: To link the web application with outside services and data sources, create and use RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Performance Optimization: Use code minification and caching techniques to track and enhance website loading times and performance metrics (Core Web Vitals).
Version Control: For collaborative development workflows and source code management, use Git/GitHub.
Skills:
Core Technology: Knowledge of Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (Sass/Less).
Frameworks: Knowledge of contemporary frameworks such as Django or Express (Backend) and React, Vue.js, or Angular (Frontend).
UX/UI Principles: Knowledge of accessibility, typography, and wireframing (WCAG) standards.
Tools: Experience with Chrome DevTools for debugging and Figma/Adobe XD for design handoffs.
