Full job description
You will be assisting the HR function in several HR & administrative.
This great chance has to learn hands-on HR procedures, employee involvement, recruitment, and talent management
You will be closely working with HR experts to gain knowledge of basic HR practices, supporting a healthy work environment as well as performing day-to-day HR activities.
Required:
Basic knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and organizational behavior
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
knowledge of HR software is an advantage.
Positive mindset with an inclination to work for the team.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and spoken, preferred.
Educational Qualification:
Master's degree (MBA) in Human Resource Management is a requirement.
Previous experience in HR functions or having completed relevant internships would be considered as an additional merit.
Knowledge of extra languages would be an additional merit.
