Job Description
We are looking to add a creative and seasoned HR Manager to our expanding team. Maintaining a happy and productive work environment for all workers while attracting, nurturing, and keeping top talent will be your primary responsibility as HR Manager.
What you will do:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals (if applicable).
/>Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
