Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring process, from comprehending labor requirements to issuing the final offer letter.
Strategic Sourcing: To create a strong pipeline of active and passive talent, use a variety of platforms such as social media, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Boolean Searching: Construct intricate search queries to go through enormous databases and locate specialized leadership or technical profiles.
Candidate Screening: Before presenting candidates to recruiting managers, do preliminary phone and video interviews to evaluate
communication abilities, technical proficiency, and "cultural fitment."
Interview Coordination: Arrange and oversee applicant and technical panel interviews to provide a seamless and expert experience for all involved.
Stakeholder Management: Define job needs, establish reasonable hiring deadlines, and give frequent pipeline updates in close collaboration with Department Heads (HODs).
Required Skills:
Sourcing Mastery: Expertise in headhunting strategies for passive candidates and job marketplaces.
Persuasion & Negotiation: The capacity to negotiate complicated wage expectations and "sell" a vision.
Time management: The capacity to manage more than 15 open positions in various domains at once.
"Time-to-Hire" and "Cost-per-Hire" indicators can be tracked and reported on with a data-driven mindset.
