Who you are:
Find applicants via a variety of means, carry out preliminary screenings, and arrange department head interviews. Ensure that new personnel have a seamless transition by overseeing paperwork, setting up workstations, and holding orientation sessions to explain business culture and policies. Maintaining and updating both digital and physical employee files, like contracts, performance reports, and leave information, is known as employee records management. Help with the prompt processing of monthly payroll, which includes statutory compliance, bonus computation, and deductions. Assist managers in recording objectives and comments in the Performance Management
System (PMS) by coordinating the yearly and mid-year appraisal processes. To improve morale and create a happy work atmosphere, plan internal events, team-building exercises, and wellness initiatives.
