Position: HR Executive – Payroll & Attendance
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain and update employee attendance records
Handle leave management and coordinate with department heads
Manage PF, ESI, and statutory compliance requirements
Assist in employee documentation and database
maintenance
Resolve payroll-related queries from staff
Coordinate with finance and HR team for payroll audits
Support general HR operations as needed
Good communication skills in English & Tamil
Working knowledge of MS Excel & payroll software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 15k to 20k per month
