Job Description
The HR Executive is in charge of overseeing the daily activities of the Human Resources division and providing assistance throughout the whole employee lifecycle. Serving as a liaison between management and staff is your key responsibility in order to guarantee that HR regulations are followed correctly and that the workplace continues to be engaging, productive, and compliant. From finding talent and orienting new workers to handling payroll inputs and employee complaints, you will be in charge of everything. An empathic communicator with a high level of emotional intelligence, a solid understanding of labor regulations, and the capacity to uphold strict secrecy is the ideal applicant.
Key Duties:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Work with department leaders to coordinate the entire hiring process, which includes posting jobs, reviewing applicants, setting up initial
interviews, and more.
Create and carry out orientation programs for new hires and oversee the entire departure procedure, which includes clearance and exit interviews.
In order to facilitate settlements that are in line with business culture and regulatory requirements, employee relations should serve as the initial point of contact for employee questions and complaints.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Handle employee benefits like health insurance and provident fund (PF) enrollments, as well as prepare monthly payroll inputs.
Performance management: Help managers define KPIs, monitor employee performance all year long, and support the annual appraisal process.
HR Documentation: Ensure that all digital and physical files are compliant and that personnel records are accurate and current in the HRIS.
