Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire employment process, from finding applicants and doing preliminary screenings to setting up final interviews and distributing offer letters.
Onboarding and Induction: Help new hires settle in smoothly by holding orientation sessions, outlining corporate regulations, and working with IT/Admin to set up workstations.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee complaints, offering impartial arbitration and guaranteeing a positive work atmosphere.
Payroll & Attendance Management: Manage leave requests, keep an eye on daily attendance records, and help the finance staff provide correct monthly payroll statistics.
/>Performance Management (PMS): Assist managers in recording performance feedback, tracking completion, and delivering assessment forms to support the yearly appraisal process.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
