Who you are:
Oversee the logistics of the hiring process, including advertising job openings, setting up interviews, corresponding with applicants, and keeping the Applicant Tracking System up to date. Create employment contracts, offer letters, and new hiring paperwork. Act as the initial point of contact for employees with questions about basic HR issues,
policy, benefits, and leave. Help make sure the business complies with all applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR guidelines. Help determine the need for training based on performance gaps or employee feedback. Help in the management of employee benefits programs
