To evaluate a candidate's abilities, experience, cultural fit, and expected remuneration, do preliminary
phone screenings and virtual interviews.
Throughout the hiring process, give candidates frequent updates and comments.
By organising required documentation, background checks, and first joining procedures, you can assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Create recruitment reports on a regular basis for management's consideration.
What you Need:
Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
