Job Description
We are looking to add a creative and seasoned HR Manager to our expanding team. Maintaining a happy and effective work environment for all workers while attracting, nurturing, and keeping top talent will be your primary responsibility as HR Manager.
What you will do:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals (if applicable).
Ensure compliance
with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership and management skills (if applicable).
