What you do:
Outbound Calling: Make a large number of planned outbound calls every day to target leads that the bank's marketing or sales teams offer.
Product Pitch: Explain to prospective clients the features, advantages, and current deals of particular financial products in a clear and convincing manner.
Maintain the utmost secrecy when it comes to the financial and personal information of your customers.
Disclosure: As required by regulatory rules, give clear and accurate
information about interest rates, fees, terms, and conditions of all products.
Professionalism: In all verbal communication, uphold a high standard of professionalism, civility, and clarity.
Feedback: Get consumer opinions about goods and services, then share your findings with the marketing and sales departments.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
