Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Pipeline Building: Actively seek out applicants via a variety of platforms, such as specialized professional communities, social media platforms like X and LinkedIn, and job websites like Naukri and Monster.
Requirement Analysis: Work with recruiting managers to establish ideal applicant personas, necessary competences, and job descriptions for available positions.
Screening and Shortlisting: To evaluate candidates' technical proficiency, communication skills, and cultural fit, conduct preliminary phone or video interviews.
Interview Coordination: Arrange and oversee the details of several rounds of interviews to guarantee a smooth
and expert encounter for the panel of interviewers as well as the candidate.
Offer management includes negotiating pay scales, outlining benefits, and overseeing the distribution of offer letters to selected applicants.
Applicant tracking: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date and tidy, making sure that all candidate information and status updates are captured instantly.
Required Skills:
