Job Description
Key Skills:
Building relationships with staff members at all levels while upholding professional boundaries.
Proficiency in HRIS: An understanding of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Workday, or Zoho People.
Resolution of Conflict: Effective mediation and negotiation techniques to manage delicate workplace situations.
Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Act, and local labor laws.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
