Payroll Experienced Being Our Future Payroll Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our Human Resources team that is precise and detail-oriented. As a Payroll Executive, your duties will include processing employee payroll accurately and on schedule, keeping track of employee information, and making sure that all applicable labour and tax rules are followed.
What you will do:
Payroll for hourly, salaried, and commissioned workers should all be processed precisely and on schedule.
Compute and handle payroll deductions, taxes, and other pertinent payments.
Contribute to the management of employee welfare initiatives, such as retirement plans, health insurance, and others.
Verify adherence to all relevant labour laws and rules, such as FMLA, overtime
rules, and wage and hour requirements.
What we need:
strong knowledge of the rules and practices governing payroll processing.
familiarity with payroll taxes, deductions, and other pertinent laws.
Excellent time-management and organising abilities, including the capacity to prioritise work and fulfil deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with stakeholders and staff in an efficient manner.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Location: In and Around Chennai
