Job Description

Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
What you’ll Do:
Make sure that the entire payroll process is completed accurately and on schedule for every employee.
In order to handle any payroll-related enquiries or inspections, coordinate with government agencies and statutory auditors.
Respond to employee enquiries in a timely and professional manner regarding
pay, deductions, taxes, leave balances, and other payroll-related issues.
Make that all records pertaining to payroll are properly documented and archived.
Keep abreast of the most recent modifications to Indian payroll best practices, tax rules, and labour legislation.
What you need:
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in calculations and data entry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
