Requirements:
Create and put into action HR strategies that complement and support the organization's overarching business goals.
Examine business requirements and suggest HR actions to boost worker retention, productivity, and engagement.
Participate in the creation and application of the company's values and culture.
Create and put into place performance management processes that include goal-setting, performance reviews, and staff development programs.
