Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist our staff in Chennai with the complete range of HR tasks while making sure that local labour laws and Tamil Nadu-specific company rules are followed.
Oversee the hiring and onboarding procedure for our Chennai office, which includes finding applicants, doing interviews (in Tamil and English), organising logistics, and making sure the onboarding process runs smoothly.
Organise and lead staff development and training initiatives to improve the Chennai team's abilities and expertise, possibly utilising regional training materials.
Help with goal-setting, feedback sessions, and performance reviews for staff members in Chennai as part of performance management procedures
while maintaining cultural sensitivity.
Maintain precise attendance and leave records for staff members while making sure that business regulations and Tamil Nadu labour laws are followed.
Skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion, respecting local cultural norms around privacy.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HRIS systems commonly used in India.
