Become an HR recruiter for our expanding HR department in Chennai. For a variety of roles throughout our organisation, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assisting with the hiring process. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, does well in a fast-paced setting, and is committed to creating a productive team that helps us succeed.
Responsibilities:
Create enticing job postings and descriptions to draw in qualified applicants.
To evaluate
applicants' abilities, experience, cultural fit, and expected pay, conduct preliminary phone and/or video interviews.
After the interview, compile the candidates' feedback.
Make sure all pre-joining procedures are finished to aid with the onboarding process.
Work together on a variety of HR projects with the larger HR team.
Participate in employer branding campaigns to draw in top personnel.
Qualification:
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
