Responsibilities:
Process all employees' monthly, biweekly, and weekly payrolls precisely and on schedule by utilising the appropriate payroll software or ERP.
Follow any changes to the laws and regulations pertaining to payroll and make the required modifications.
As needed,
create Form 16s, paystubs, and other payroll-related paperwork.
Give precise clarifications and instructions on payroll policies and procedures.
For internal audits, management, and finance, prepare a variety of payroll reports.
Assist banks in managing issues and distributing salaries.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Experience: 3+ yrs
