A "people person" with a strategic approach, outstanding interviewing abilities, and the capacity to successfully negotiate the cutthroat talent market in order to create a strong pipeline for future expansion is the ideal candidate.
Key Duties
Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Use social media, employee recommendations, job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri), and headhunting to proactively find possible candidates.
Requirement Analysis: Work together with
hiring managers and department heads to comprehend technical requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Screening and Shortlisting: To evaluate candidates' abilities, background, expected compensation, and cultural fit, conduct preliminary phone or video screenings.
Interview Coordination: Arrange and conduct interviews between the recruiting panel and candidates, making sure everyone is aware of the procedure.
Negotiation and Offer Management: To ensure internal equity and competitiveness in the market, oversee the pay negotiation process and draft formal offer letters.
Employer branding: Manage the business's "Life at" social media presence to draw in passive talent; represent the company at career fairs and campus recruitment activities.
