Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter with 3+ years of expertise in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hiring strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth.

Location: Chennai
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements from hiring managers and develop job descriptions.

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and social media.

Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Schedule and coordinate technical interviews and follow-ups.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process

from sourcing to onboarding.

Maintain candidate database and provide regular reports on hiring status.

Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or MBA in HR related field.

3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).

Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills (Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).

Experience with ATS and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of latest trends in IT hiring and recruitment marketing.

Prior experience in bulk hiring or campus hiring is a plus.
