Your Impact:
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful HR Executive to join our team in Chennai. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a solid understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs in compliance with local regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
/>Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
What you Need:
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and local labor laws in Tamil Nadu.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. Proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Experience: Freshers
