Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the whole hiring process for positions located in Chennai, using local talent pools and recruitment channels common in Tamil Nadu and Chennai, from finding and vetting applicants to doing interviews and making offers.
Encourage a culture of ethics, inclusivity, and positivity in our Chennai office and facilities while taking into consideration regional
beliefs and practices.
Assure that all Chennai workers comprehend and consistently follow HR regulations, offering clarifications and direction as necessary while taking into account regional interpretations of workplace customs.
Respond to employee enquiries about benefits, payroll, and statutory deductions that apply in Chennai by promptly and clearly providing information.
Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
