Immediate Hiring – HR Associate (Freshers & Experienced)
Job description
Recruitment Support: Supporting the recruitment process through posting job vacancies, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and undertaking initial candidate screening
Onboarding: Guiding new employees through the onboarding process, which could involve paperwork, induction, and training
Employee Records: Updating and keeping employee records up to date, ensuring accuracy and company policy and legal compliance
Benefits Administration: Assisting employees in benefit enrollment, resolving benefit-related questions, and communicating with benefits providers
HR Documentation: Helping with the preparation, distribution, and maintenance of documents related to
HR, including offer letters, contracts, and policy manuals
Employee Relations: Dealing with routine employee questions, bringing issues up to the HR management as needed, and dealing with employee confidentiality
Compliance: Helping with HR compliance efforts, including tracking and staying current with employment laws and regulations
Reporting: Preparing reports and data analysis related to HR as needed
Training and Development: Organizing training sessions and programs for employees
Support: Allowing general HR support to workers and HR management as required
Location: Chennai
Qualification: BBA, MBA
Salary: 18k to 30k per month
