Job Description
The HR Executive is in charge of overseeing the daily activities of the Human Resources division and providing assistance throughout the whole employee lifecycle. This position, which focuses on hiring, onboarding, implementing policies, and employee engagement, acts as a crucial conduit between management and staff. A people-oriented expert with a solid grasp of labor laws and HR best practices is the perfect applicant. In your role as an HR executive, you will make sure that the company draws in top personnel while upholding a productive, compliant, and upbeat workplace culture that supports the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Recruitment: Oversee the entire employment process, from finding applicants and doing preliminary screenings to setting up final interviews and distributing offer letters.
Onboarding: Assist new personnel with a seamless transition by holding orientation sessions, outlining corporate policies, and working with IT/Admin to set up workstations.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee complaints, offering impartial arbitration and guaranteeing
a positive work atmosphere.
Performance Management (PMS): Assist managers in recording performance feedback, tracking completion, and delivering assessment forms to support the yearly appraisal process.
Compliance: Make sure the company complies with local labor laws, which include keeping statutory records and organizing the filing of PF, ESI, and other benefits.
Training & Development: To increase worker productivity, identify skill shortages within teams and plan internal or external training initiatives.
Skills:
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding capacity for empathetic handling of delicate circumstances and communication with a wide range of personalities.
Organizational Skills: The ability to manage several activities without sacrificing detail, from event planning to paperwork.
Legal Knowledge: Basic to intermediate knowledge of employment contracts and local labor regulations.
Technical Proficiency: Practical knowledge of MS Excel and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
