Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter
Experience: 3–5+ Years

Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven Senior HR Recruiter with 3–5+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment, drive hiring strategies, and ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining high candidate quality and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and senior-level positions
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring plans
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhunting
Screen resumes and conduct in-depth HR interviews
Coordinate technical and managerial interviews and ensure smooth hiring flow
Negotiate offers, CTC discussions, and close positions within defined timelines
Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and pipeline status

Mentor and guide junior recruiters and freshers
Support employer branding and recruitment strategies
Ensure compliance with HR policies and recruitment best practices
Required Skills
Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in IT / Non-IT hiring
Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel / MIS)
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
MBA / PGDM in HR is preferred
Experience
3 to 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience
