Job Title: Senior HR Payroll Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support HR operations while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees
Ensure accurate salary computation, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements
Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and labor laws
Coordinate with finance/accounts for payroll disbursement
Prepare payroll MIS reports, reconciliations, and audits
Handle payroll-related employee queries and resolve discrepancies
Maintain payroll data, employee records, and confidentiality

Support internal and external payroll audits
Assist in HR operations, policies, and process improvements
Guide and mentor junior payroll executives
Required Skills
Strong expertise in payroll processing and compliance
Hands-on experience with payroll software and advanced Excel
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple payroll cycles
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
MBA / PGDM in HR or Finance preferred

Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR Payroll experience
