Job Title: HR Payroll Executive
Experience: 2–3+ Years
Location: Chennai
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Executive with 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, HR operations, and statutory compliance to ensure accurate and timely payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end payroll processing for employees
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
Process salary calculations, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements
Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and gratuity
Coordinate with finance/accounts team for payroll disbursement
Prepare payroll MIS reports and monthly reconciliations
Address employee payroll-related queries and discrepancies

Maintain employee payroll records and confidentiality
Support audits and statutory inspections
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance
Hands-on experience with payroll software and Excel
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory requirements
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and coordination skills
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
MBA / PGDM in HR or Finance preferred
Experience:
2 to 3+ years of relevant HR Payroll experience
