Job Title: Senior HR Executive
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Chennai
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Executive with 5+ years of expertise in handling end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and HR process improvements while supporting organizational goals and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities
Oversee recruitment coordination and workforce planning support
Handle HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR MIS
Prepare and issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, appraisal, exit)
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR activities

Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Support audits, HR policy implementation, and process improvements
Guide and mentor junior HR executives and HR coordinators
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance
Excellent communication, employee handling, and conflict-resolution skills
Experience with payroll coordination and HR reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel, HR MIS, and HR systems
Leadership and mentoring capabilities
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
MBA / PGDM in HR is preferred
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR Executive / HR Operations experience
