The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, using job portals,
social media, and networking tools. Responsibilities include understanding hiring needs, coordinating with department heads, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The role requires excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder handling abilities.
