Key Responsibilities:
Create and put into action efficient hiring practices to draw in eligible applicants.
Make use of a variety of sourcing strategies, such as networking, social media, job boards, and recommendations.
Make use of a variety of sourcing methods and strategies to actively seek for and
uncover possible individuals.
Establish and preserve a solid rapport with external recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Create and put into action recruitment strategies to satisfy employment demands and corporate goals.
Examine data and metrics related to hiring to find patterns and areas that need work.
Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
