What You will do:
Execute Full-Cycle Recruiting: From comprehending job needs and creating persuasive job descriptions to sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and assisting with the onboarding process, you will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Strategic Sourcing: To create a strong pipeline of competent and varied candidates, you will create and implement creative sourcing methods using job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn, specialised platforms), social media, and internal referrals.
Improve Candidate Experience: Regardless of the hiring decision,
you will continue to communicate with all candidates in a timely, transparent, and professional manner, guaranteeing a positive and engaging experience that reflects well on our employer brand.
Collaborate and Offer Advice: In order to ensure equitable and efficient selection procedures, you will work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their departmental needs, offer market intelligence, and assist them throughout the hiring process.
Data and Compliance: You will maintain accurate and timely records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking key metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire) and ensuring all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies
