In addition to creating a strong talent pipeline to satisfy present and future business demands, the HR recruiter serves as a brand ambassador, guaranteeing a favorable candidate experience. A proactive "people person" with excellent headhunting abilities and the capacity to match candidate goals with business objectives is the perfect applicant.

Responsibilities
Sourcing & Headhunting: To find possible candidates, use a variety of platforms, including job boards (Naukri, Monster), social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), and professional networks.
Requirement Analysis: To produce precise job descriptions, work with hiring managers to comprehend technical needs, team culture, and particular role expectations.
Screening and Shortlisting: To assess candidates' communication abilities, technical fit, and cultural alignment,

conduct preliminary phone or video screenings.
Interview Coordination: Oversee the entire interview schedule to guarantee smooth communication between the candidates and the interview panel.
Offer Management: Ensure a high "Offer-to-Join" conversion ratio by negotiating compensation packages, outlining benefits, and overseeing the distribution of offer letters.
Stakeholder Management: Inform recruiting managers on a regular basis about open positions, market trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks.

Skills:
Sourcing Mastery: Advanced LinkedIn search strategies and Boolean search strings at an expert level.
