The HR recruiter oversees the entire talent acquisition process and is a results-oriented professional. Finding, luring, and employing the most competent applicants for available positions inside the company is the main objective of this position. Responsibilities
Sourcing & Headhunting: To find possible candidates, use a variety of platforms, including job boards (Naukri, Monster), social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), and professional networks.
Requirement Analysis: To produce precise job descriptions, work with hiring managers to comprehend technical needs, team culture, and particular role expectations.
Screening and Shortlisting: To assess candidates' communication abilities, technical fit, and cultural alignment,
conduct preliminary phone or video screenings.
Interview Coordination: Oversee the entire interview schedule to guarantee smooth communication between the candidates and the interview panel.
Offer Management: Ensure a high "Offer-to-Join" conversion ratio by negotiating compensation packages, outlining benefits, and overseeing the distribution of offer letters.
Stakeholder Management: Inform recruiting managers on a regular basis about open positions, market trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks.
Skills:
Sourcing Mastery: Advanced LinkedIn search strategies and Boolean search strings at an expert level.
Communication and Persuasion: Capacity to successfully address objections and "sell" the company's vision to passive prospects.
Time management: The capacity to oversee several available positions at once while adhering to tight deadlines.
Analytical skills include the capacity to monitor and report on hiring indicators such as Cost-per-Hire and Time-to-Hire.
