Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Talent Mapping: proactively find possible applicants via social media, employment websites, and employee recommendations.
Requirement analysis: Work with department leaders to identify the precise technical abilities, degrees of experience, and character attributes needed for available positions.
Screening & Shortlisting: To evaluate communication abilities, compensation expectations, and fundamental role alignment, do preliminary phone or video interviews.
Interview Coordination: Oversee the entire interview process, making sure that candidates and the internal interview panel communicate effectively.
Candidate Experience: Preserve the company's

standing as an employer of choice by making sure each candidate receives timely updates and feedback.
Offer Management: Take charge of the negotiating process, which includes talking about pay, outlining perks, and starting the background check (BGV).
Data management: To guarantee real-time visibility of the hiring process, maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Skills:
