(using networking, specialised job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter), conducting skill-based and behavioural interviews, and effectively assisting applicants during the offer and negotiation stages. From the first point of contact until the onboarding process, you will be the only one in charge of the candidate experience for your positions.
