What You will do:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the hiring procedure from job requests to acceptance offers for positions at all levels.
Sourcing: Use job portals, professional networks, social media (like LinkedIn), and other cutting-edge techniques to create and execute efficient sourcing strategies that will find and draw in top personnel.
Candidate Screening: Evaluate candidates' credentials, backgrounds, and cultural
fit through preliminary phone screenings and interviews.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Create engaging job descriptions, specify job qualifications, and work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
Candidate Experience: Throughout the hiring process, make sure that candidates have a satisfying and interesting experience by staying in constant contact and giving prompt feedback.
Offer Management: Oversee the offer procedure, including negotiating the compensation and assisting with pre-employment investigations.
